I got back from a 4 day vacation and hit the ground running with the launch of not 1, not 2, not 3, but 7 full live E-commerce businesses November 1st!
This left my October with 12-14 hour days and even some weekends, which I have not worked weekends in a few years.
Now, I don't share that for sympathy, cause, well, honestly, I did it to myself. I share this for a well to do, "Heed my advice moment"
We all have 24 hours in a day. We all need to take those hours and...balance them.
My husband is a very understanding man, and now that we are empty nesters, it's just us. But there was a time where the "Where's Mom, Where's dinner", and a panicked angry mob was looking for me! I felt there was no down time for me.
We need to learn a balancing act. Work hard, play hard attitude.
I do set hours for my business times, I set times for family and I also set aside an hour every morning for myself Monday- Friday.
That hour may consist of a workout, daily devotions, or even just laying in bed scrolling Tik Tok videos for laughs.
Bottom line, balance.
Schedule a time to map out a plan and find yours.
