Before joining WINN in Business, Colton spent several years working directly within the Wix ecosystem.
His experience includes customer support, website troubleshooting, client experience, mentorship, and technical problem-solving.
During his time at Wix, he worked across multiple support teams, including Priority Support, where he helped resolve complex website challenges, supported fellow team members, and contributed to improving processes and the overall customer experience.
That experience gave him valuable insight into the Wix platform, the challenges website owners face, and what it takes to find solutions when things don't go as planned.
Now, he's bringing that experience directly to our clients!
