Do you ever get so frustrated with the outcome of your activities that you just quit?
Yep, it happens to the best of us.
Like everyone, I set my 2023 goals and by January.... 3rd, I fell off the wagon! HAHA!
I mean, I couldn't last 3 days.
I Quit, I had my pitty party.
Then, I got back up again, and I can honestly say, this week, I have had 4 great days!
I did my workouts, got my list of things done and even did the dreaded 50 Follow up phone calls, Emails and text messages!
I may not see the results right away on the scale, or in new clients right away, but I know doing ALL THE THINGS, always leads me where I need to be.
So what is on your list of things to do? What NEEDS to be on your list of things to do to get you where you need to be?
